My experience regarding Amati store was full of positive aspects. They were so professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a chance to meet Ms Sherry and Mr Anthony who were amazing. My experience with Mr. Anthony especially, reminded me of just how responsible he is as a provider. Amati is high quality, reasonably priced, and have the best customer service. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Ordered just two faucets online. Called to follow up 3 times for pickup. Kept saying goods not available yet even though they had stated clearly when it would be ready latest. my job got delayed because of them. Worst case is they still have not refunded me even though Rita confirmed that I would be refunded right away. No respond to emails demanding for my refund. So no product to deliver, bad customer service and have to fight for refund if they ever pay back! Ordered the same product from another supplier cheaper and got it shipped to me in 2 days. Don't waste your time on Amati

The store manager/owner is unprofessional. He is not willing to work with the customer. When I mentioned where the misunderstanding was, he didn't want to admit that there might be some truth to it. He just said, it's too bad.
I should have checked the google reviews before buying something from them. Hope someone else finds this useful. Read mine and everyone else's reviews.
Go somewhere else even if you have to pay more. You will probably pay less in the long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amati Canada has terrible customer service and predatory behavior.
They don't make it clear when an item is out of stock. And that if you order an out of stock item then they will treat it as a "special order" and it is not eligible for the 10 day return policy. Even though, I have not even gone to the store to pick it up. The item never left their custody. This was never made clear in any of the communications.
I got transferred to the either the General Manager or the owner of the store who not only was rude on the phone with the language he used but also put me on hold for 5 minutes in the middle of our conversation for no reason without even excusing himself. Came back 5 minutes later saying, "oh, you are still here?"
Then said if I'm a customer that wants to return things, he would rather not have my business.
I would be very careful with what I order when dealing with these guys.
