โ โ โ โ โ I placed order for toilets and bathtubs that they told me was in stock. Just before pick up day, they inform me that the toilet has been discontinued and they don't have anything left (even the 5 toilets they said they were putting a hold for me). Then I asked to return the sample one I had taken home since I need to have all toilets the same. One week after the return they called me a said it cannot be returned because the box has been opened. THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN I DID THE RETURN. Then I asked to pick up everything else right away (I was afraid they will be discontinued again if i don't pick up), then they told me the bathtub I had ordered is not available either (which I only ordered because it was in stock).
Sales has zero product knowledge, refers everything to their 'manager' which never comes back with a positive answer. I asked them to deliver my order to make up for the inconvenience, and they refused and said they will charge 100 for delivery on driveway.

โ โ โ โ โ What a wonderful experience ! This shop is very well outfitted with all things bath and more. And pretty great prices too. Very helpful staff (Gary) enabled us to make a buy decision for a Toto Washlet that should serve us well for years to come. And they also carry several lines of top of the line air filtering machines and again very good prices on replacement filters for the BlueAir 211+

โ โ โ โ โ It's not often that a company gets back to you with in a couple of hours, especially when you sent the email after hours. Just shows you what excellent custom service is. Sharon was an enormous help and I would highly recommend Home Comfort Centre for your home. BTW: I believe that the company is a family run business and that shows. Well done.

โ โ โ โ โ A big thank you to Gary who provided expert advice and guidance for our home renovation. He was able to help find things that matched our style while keeping with our budget too. Couldnโt be happier! Purchased a steamist steam shower generator (amazing!!), shower control systems, kitchen/bath faucets, and Toto toilets ...all look and work great!

My huband bought a replacement water filter which is leaking, I want an exchange because it's manufacturing defect, they told him to buy another, there's no warranty. Never buy from this store again even being a customer for many years.
