After knowing and using them for a long time, I found out most of their plumbers have Custom Home Plumbing experiences as well so that they know exactly how to run pipes properly and the root of the problems. No wonder they can discover the problem so fast. I'm impressed every time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed same day repair for a drip leak in a copper pipe running through the basement suspended ceiling on a Sat - it was discovered late and causing damage. Ahmad (Mike's partner) arrived within a couple of hours, isolated the leak, removed a small section of dry wall and stud obstacle to to get access to the pipe, and replaced the faulty section - an elbow failed. Good communications, quick response, and quality repair. Happy with the service from Mastermind.
