Sharon helped us with buying and selling. While buying a home we had very specific things we were looking for and Sharon was patient with us and sending us new listings everyday that met our requirements.
Before we listed our house for sale Sharon did a tour of our home, gave us a list of things to do and make our place look appealing for potential buyers and it worked with over 50+ viewings in a week! We sold our home for more then what we were expecting and are very happy with both the buying and selling process.
Sharon was very supportive and was always available when we had questions. She broke down for us step by step what we needed to do since we bought a home first and sold after.
I would recommend Sharon to any of my friends and family in regards to real estate.

We were so impressed by the results of that sale that we continued to maintain a relationship with her until we were finally ready to sell. A year goes by, conversations were had here and there, yet we never felt pressured to sell at any point. When we were finally ready Sharon was just as available and helpful as she was when we first talked to her.
