I would highly recommend John and Candice to anyone who is looking for a new place to live and who are not sure about the complete process. These two take care of everything. 10/10. They helped me during crazy hours like 1:00 AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comically incompetent. My landlord is currently using this realty to find a new tenant, as I am vacating my unit. I’ve spoken to multiple people who have called me to inquire about booking showings, and they don’t respect the availabilities given. I vacated the unit a week ago, and have let them know that they have to coordinate showings with the landlord directly from now on - only to be called again days later to book a showing!
I’ve also gone on their website to view the listing for my unit (to potentially refer interested tenants), but the site has very poor UI. The listing for the unit has two blurry and unclear pictures and hardly any info.

He's incredibly responsive, communicates very well and and is always thinking proactively. We also found that he works with high integrity and ethics. He did a fabulous job as our agent and got top price for the townhouse. We're very glad that we secured him to be our agent and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend Jonathan !!!
