★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who is rating this joke 5 stars? Staff must come on here and give false reviews, because there is no way these are true reviews. This builder is the worse. Purchased in 2016 and still have only a pile of dirt to show for it, and Primont still unable to tell us when there will be an end to this joke. Our personal lives have been on hold , trying to plan
I tell anyone to think carefully before signing anything with them. Be prepared that it might be another 10 years before you actually get your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Daniella, Krista, Jennifer & Debbie from Primont Homes for their excellent customer service as I purchased my first home. Each of you went above and beyond in your service. I appreciate that you always answered all of my questions via email or telephone call.
Buying a home, especially in the midst of a pandemic, can be extremely overwhelming. I truly appreciate the time, care, and effort these Primont Homes representatives took to make my experience as stress-free as possible.
I am very excited about my purchase and I look forward to continue my relationship with Primont Homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an appointment for the new Primont homes through the proper website. We got a confirmation email as well. Then a few days later we get an email saying that "Thank you for booking an appointment. We regret to inform you that your appointment has been cancelled". This makes no sense. Not sure what kind of scam this is! Something seems fishy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of spreading yourself thin and trying to get new projects, how about putting the effort in and finishing the projects you have been delaying? Construction is at a stand still and yet you are launching new projects in new areas? Why? Finish what you have and have been delaying! When is Jade Garden ever going to be done? Nothing has moved on this site while other projects in the same area have been finished by OTHER developers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing to the City of Markham/Vaughan/Oakville/Toronto/Milton, etc. to request the City to deny any future development permits to this builder. If you feel the same, please do it. Go on the City website and email the City. This builder keeps adding new projects and keeps delaying existing projects! People want their home and they just keep taking people's deposits and 'promising' delivery but they don't actually put effort into the project.... and yet somehow, they get permits for new projects? Where are they even getting these approvals from when they haven't even delivered on EXISTING projects?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 years (due to pandemic) building up to this moment, it was finally time for our PDI which was conducted by Spencer. From the initial scheduling call to the actual appointment day, Spencer was friendly, hard working and diligent making the unveiling of our new home an enjoyable moment. He showed up early and already had a list of defects started for us, including a few that our untrained eye would not have spotted. Spencer was knowledgeable whenever we had questions and clearly documented any issues or concerns. We know Spencer works for Primont but his excellent customer service makes it feel like he works for the home owner.

I deposited 50K in Dec 2021 to buy 1 lot - townhome of Town of Bayview in Richmond hill. Today they cancelled my contract and asking me to buy this Lot for 180K more or I can take back my Deposit.
I'm very very disappointed this Builder, how can they do that?
I would bring this story to CBC new and CP24 for letting people know and aware of this Builder
To Primont - please don't take people Deposit if you don't want to sell the house to them.
