★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHERI TSANG is the biggest fraud I've ever come across. Incredibly unprofessional realtor with ZERO ethics! She is the classic example of a problematic realtor that uses your offer to get a better offer. She used our offer to have other buyers bid higher and during this time period that she was doing this (spanning 3 days) she asked our realtor to PUT US ON HOLD for two days and NOT SEE OTHER properties and LIED to us saying that she is writing up our counter offer for 17 BEVERTON CRES AJAX. Because of this WE WITHDREW OUR OFFER ON ANOTHER HOME because she put us on hold all while she had no intentions of even selling it to us in the first place and was just waiting for a better offer. UNPROFESSIONAL realtors like SHERI TSANG ruin the real estate market. Right at Home Realty needs to sort her out and have her take a training class in ethics and redo her realtor exam!!

I asked to see the background work and they claimed to do and the answer I got was its all confidential. I should sue then for the damages this tenant did. if I could rate them a zero I would

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted G. Venderov was extremely unprofessional and unreliable. He asked me to go view a unit and neither him or the landlord showed up. Didn’t answer any calls or texts. Wasted my time and day. Would not recommend these so called realtors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience working with Johnny Wu. He helped us win with our first offer we have ever sent out. He is professional and has supreme interpersonal skills. With his professions, we found our forever home within 1 month, it is extraordinary difficult in this kinda hot market in GTA. Johnny also accommodates for my new born baby for several times when I was running errands for the house. He went beyond what real estate agent does and considered from customers’ perspective. He is the gem in real estate industry. Thank you for everything, Johnny.

She was very unprofessional and rude towards me, probably judging me and assuming that I was unable to afford the remodeled property she was made responsible to sell by the owners/developers. All I can say is that I am sorry for the people who trusted her with this task, and I honestly cannot and do not recommend this realty brokerage who employ agents with such lack of character and integrity like Ms. Eli Sadr in particular. AVOID.
