★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! My new faucet needed a lot of additional parts to be installed properly and when I brought the faucet with me to the store, he patiently listened and helped me find everything we needed! He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.
I had all the parts ready for my husband to install and the new faucet was installed with ease!! Thank you so much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't awnser the phone or door. Used to shop here often before it was taken over by emco. Now it is a far cry from the knowledgeable asset it once was.
I should add that I have on multiple occasions called in. Not once we're my calls awnsered. Other outlets have found ways to effectively serve their clients. Retire already.... You are halfway there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a Moen cartridge for a shower that broke over the weekend. The water just kept flowing and I had to shut off the water supply in the entire house. I was worried whether I'd be able to get a part quickly due to covid closures.
Called this store on Monday morning. Spoke with Marco who was super friendly and helpful. Came in two hours later and got the part under warranty. Marco came outside and gave me the part, while maintaining social distance. A+++++ service, highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get replacement cartridges for taps. Sign on door says closed because they’re moving but no information as to where, or when they will be open. Calling the phone number just rings and then disconnects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great. I got a new faucet cartridge which could not be found at other stores. Staff is very friendly and patient to answer customers' enquiries. I have never seen so friendly customer service since I immigrated to Canada. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was absolutely excellent. I'm not that experienced with plumbing, but I'm super happy with the support I received and the friendly and prompt service. This store is now my go to for all plumbing related issues. They've even been helping me with issues I have that require ordering directly from the manufacturer, where they won't make a penny. Just a fantastic customer experience.
