I found a cartridge (DL02GJ) for shower valve there after 3 days searching on the internet and found what I want in USA for 3 times the cost at Mekco. They have friendly staff and owner who tried to help me getting the right product. Much appreciated.

Great guys! great place!, great service! These guys helped where Home Depot, Loews and others couldnt. I even had a great cup of Persian Tea. I spent a week looking for a part for my shower. They Truly saved me time and money. Highly Recommended

One of the absolute BEST customer service experiences I have ever had! I was looking to purchase some PVC pipes and elbows for a construction project that my mother and I were working on. I had a certain type in mind, but Merano (the Sales Manager at Mekco Supply Inc.) suggested I purchase something slightly different that would still do just as good of a job but for a more affordable price (yes, he was trying to help me save money). Due to my uncertainty with the installation of the pipes, he offered to stop by after work to help my mother and I install them. He even purchased some extra supplies for us to help aid in the installation of the pipes and he didn't expect anything in return (this is not an invitation to take advantage of his generosity though lol)! Merano went ABOVE AND BEYOND! From now on, Mekco Supply Inc. will for sure be my go-to store for plumbing supplies, etc. and I will be absolutely sure to recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Morris and his whole team at Mekco Supply Inc. are very, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They have always put my interest as their customer first. When I was looking for a washroom faucet which malfunctioned, Morris told me the Cartridge has lifetime warranty since its Moen and I don't need to pay! I didn't know that. Also he is very patient to explain how we can DIY things at home to save money. I love to save money and at the same time learn how to do things around my house. They have almost all Plumbing supplies so I don't need to run around for a part. Their prices are Very competitive and I have always saved 30% of the price if I had bought from other Big stores. Highly recommend and when you visit and shop from them Once, you will never go somewhere else. ???????

Friendly staff with a lot of knowledge and experience on plumbing. My garden hose system had many problems, from the cracked vaccum breaker, broken leader hose, to grispy nozzle. I searched video clips on youtube to learn, but still a lot of questions in mind when starting to fix. Then I came to Mekco during the covid19, fortunately open as essential service. The staffs gave me good suggestions and confidence. Initialy I bought something wrong or unnecessary, for example, the wrong mender size, and the new hose that I wanted to replace the broken one. Back home, I tried to fix and identified issues one by one. According to suggestions, I changed the washer, which fixed leaking issues at many jointing parts. I replaced the breaker and installed the Y faucet that the staff recommended and easy-click gardena connector. After three times visit to the store, to return the new hose and change the hose repair kits, I finally upgraded the garden irrigation system that had been away for years. Great experience!

I bought a partition stop key from Mekco Supply Inc on 16/4/2022(Sat) for $23.37. A few hours later, I found that AMRE Supply carried the same product for only $10.86. I contacted Mekco Supply Inc through their chat service to see if they would do a price match. They(not sure who was the one chatted with me) told me to provide proof to them. I sent them a screen shot of the product with the price. They said I had to buy it from AMRE Supply first then show them the receipt. I replied and said if I had to buy from another store then bring the product back to them, it was not price match. It was a return for refund. I should have simply done it. Then something even worse happened. They made up a story saying I mentioned to them that I had am emergency in my apartment and had to use the key to shut off the water. The product could not be price-matched or returned if it had been used. Actually, I sent them a chat on 16/4/2022 at 9:54 am to inquire if they carried the partition stop key. They replied yes then I went to buy it at around 2:00 pm. I never told them I needed the stop key for emergency. If there was a leaking emergency in my apartment, Why I waited for four hours to go to buy the key. I wanted to buy the key just for our own convenience. In case there is leaking or I need to do repairs in the bathroom in the future, I don't have to borrow the key from management office. Then they said, 'If you bought the key from AMRE Supply online you had to pay shipping fee or you had to drive all the way to Alberta to pick it up'. I told them AMRE Supply had a store in Scarborough and they had the item available in store. Throughout the process I found that Mekco Supply was dishonest in doing their business. First of all, they set the price for the same product 115% higher than other stores. Then they made up story stating I already used the key for emergency. When I told them that was not the case, they said they would not do price match with online sellers although I already told them it was available for in-store purchase. I really did not want to deal with them anymore. I chose to absorb the more than double price but not to bother to return the item to them for refund. I am really angry. My purchase experience with Mekco Supply Inc was absolutely terrible. They are dishonest and their customer service was awful. I really wonder their five stars reviews are real or fake.
