I was about to close a house and had a complicated situation but Soheil said that he would provide approval paper for mortgage. The realtors told me there was a 5 day waive condition, where I was able to cancel the deal if I was unable to get mortgage. I informed Soheil about this and asked if I should waive the condition or go ahead with it. He guaranteed me that everything was okay but on the 5th day, he would not pick up my calls. The woman who picked up my call (I am guessing his wife), said that she would inform Soheil to call me back. Since I was on my final day of the waive condition, I had to cancel the deal as I couldn't get the mortgage approval. Soheil did not contact me afterwards and I lost my opportunity for the house. This was a very annoying process as there was no honesty when discussing my case. If he was unable to help me, then he should have stated in the beginning. I wasted my time and effort so I would advise others NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I have attached screenshots of our conversation, and you can see how he ignored me.
