★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of follow through. Ignores messages. Insists he's renewed prescriptions for an entire year when they never even left his office. Left me hanging for prescriptions to treat my diabetes. Frustration month after month. Complete and total pain to deal with. I finally gave up, told the clinic that I wasn't returning and went to a walk in clinic.
