★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all it was a pleasant experience. Arrived, was given the initial exams pretty quickly, then sat down with the Dr. and she was very professional in regards to what she had found etc. No need for new glasses at this point.
Over all I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chung was on time, very pleasant and thorough. She has a great team working for her which made the appointment easy. They have sinks for washing your hands and taking contact lenses out and putting them back in and they ensured all exam areas were clean.

Dr. Cecilia Lam is extremely friendly and professional. She makes sure you are comfortable during your eye exam and explains everything to you very clearly. Receptionist are very helpful as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience getting my eyes examined by Dr. Archie Chung! Expedient, kind, and personable. Once he found out I’d lost my current pair of glasses he even put in a word at LensCrafter to see if we could get a pair expedited.
The rest of his staff were equally as friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend him and his associates to any in need of an eye exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing visit with Dr. Ng! Caring, mindful, educational, insightful, thorough, gentle, and fun!!! By far the best optometrist care I've ever received. Thank you for making my experience so good - especially with the lengthy and (usually) uncomfortable eye exams my poor eyes require! I was actually comfortable this time.
Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a contact lens exam with Dr. Kimberly Lee a few months ago and she was absolutely excellent. Very kind, knowledgeable and made the exam process very easy. The front desk is super friendly, quick and accommodating. I have switched optometrists and will be coming here for the rest of my annual eye exams. Highly recommend!

He takes the time required for each patient, provides his insights, shows patience and never makes you feel rushed. His staff is also great. Would definitely recommend him.
