★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware! If you ask for extra toppings they will charge you for each item! For example the raspberry bliss blizzard has extra chocolate, brownie bits and raspberries and when I asked for extra I was asked what ingredient I wanted extra. When I said yes to all three, I was charged extra for each one. The $6blizzard turned into $9 and that is a small! Last time I went in I was just charged a one amount fee for all three! The employee then also explained to the other employees you have to charge extra for everything! Talk about Nickle and Diming you! I have never had that happen at any dq before!
This has now happened to us three times and it is the same girl charging us extra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a strawberry Blizzard and paid extra for skor. There were 3 crumbs of skor on top. Also spoon was jammed all the way into the large Blizzard so only a cm of spoon was visible. Messy and unsanitary. Worry if they are not washing hands when jamming it in. Won't order from this disgusting location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After eating here my life has changed. I've been eating ice cream everyday ever since discovering this location. Ice cream has taken over my life. All i see and dream is ice cream. My wife and children have left which is good because now i can eat more icecream without having to feel judged. 10/10 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very rude, my order was cold and raw and when I tried to return it I was told they couldn’t do that. I’m not sure what kind of training is offered at this location in food handling and customer service but I will be avoiding it from now on. If ZERO stars were possible I would give them that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will be honest, I didn’t realize what I was ordering and yes this is an ice cream place, i didn’t know this place doesn’t do the deep fried chicken. Just “rotisserie style” chicken bites, basically salty rubbery chicken I’m pretty sure she heated in a microwave. About a minute after I ordered I realized what it was and asked her if I could change it, her response was “no the payment already went through so…” I’m fairly certain I caught her before she started the food so nothing would have to be thrown away. Also they do not serve fries? They should have refunded for the chicken or given me the option of something else on the menu. I’ll either be going to a different location or Wendys next time.
