★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just dumped all my orders in a brown bag. It's not seperated in boxes. And the filipino cashier was not friendly at all. Will not come back. We will just go to the Sandstone branch where the staffs are way more accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for the worst DQ in Calgary, look no further. It might even be the worst in the country. A couple times a year I give into the kids and pick up something to eat from here and every time I'm amazed at how bad it is. Today they sent us home with the wrong drinks. The chicken on the burger was so dry it was almost jerky. I remember when DQ would cook chicken fresh for each burger. It would take longer but it was actually good. Now I'm just left wondering how long that fillet sat in a heating drawer before making it's way onto my burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to other dairy queens in the past and they all make the oreo dirt pie blizzard the same way, with a bunch of gummies blended in. But not this one. I was highly disappointed when I got my new favorite blizzard and not only were they not blended in, THERE WAS ONLY TWO in the whole small sized blizzard. not only should there have been way more than that in the blizzard but I expect them to be blended in, like every other DQ not on top. Ridiculous.
And then the burgers were microwaved WAY to long, the bottom bun was soggy and was too hot to even hold. I will not be coming to this dairy queen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting! I didn’t visit your “restaurant” for a microwave cooked burger, that’s what 7-Eleven is for. Easily the worst burger I’ve had in my life! And I’ve eaten thousands. No hint of flame broil flavour, all microwave stink & yuk, hope I don’t get sick now. And to charge $14 for your stink burgers, madness!! Shame to the DQ brand forsure! I would have preferred a McDonalds trash burger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raw fries, every time. We've tried everything, we've asked for them to be fresh, we've said we've had issues in the past, no matter what, every time, raw uncooked fries!!! how is this so hard!? for the price you pay for the fast food there, it's just not worth it!
