★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed on my last trip here. What is it with restaraunts and there undercooked bacon? Never disappointed when I come here. Burgers are fresh, hot and filling. Friendly staff. People may think its a bit pricey, but this aint no rotten ronnie's. You get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a fresh, flavourful burger. They seemed to have a different menu at this location. I usually order the "Triple Double". But I didn't see it; probably should have asked about it. That's not the reason I dropped a star. The reason I gave 4, is because the tater tots were rather greasy/oily; they were sitting in grease when served. I've had this a couple times at other locations, so maybe it's just their "thing". That said, I far prefer their smash tots to their regular fries; the grease isn't enough to deter me.. Smashburger is generally more expensive than your average fast-food burger chain, but their burger size and quality do justify that price. I'd come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is filthy. Looks and smells like they dumped a bucket of old grease on the rugs. Over flowing garbages, what looks like milkshake spilled on the floor by the back bathroom, table tops are covered in food crumbs and grease. So gross
Edit: they messed up my burger order and it tastes like the old grease smell ?, not that I’m overly surprised by any of this but its still disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tasted ok but within 2 hours of eating the mushroom Swiss burger I had a terrible case of food poisoning. Older reviews seem to indicate this has happened before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger was dry and squished together with no care, barely any sauce, $10 for a small dry, burnt burger. The only reason I come here is for the haystack onions. Which were disappointing and salty. Never again, going to five guys from now on.. Atleast for $10 you can get a double cheese moist juicy burger filled with flavour. Not a burnt hockey puck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in the food. It was definitely a waste of our money - crispy chicken burger was so soggy, beef burger was extremely dry, we threw away half. I can’t believe they charged us so much for these burgers, disappointing for sure. Two stars are for the fries only which were okay. Also, everything was very cold, we microwaved it all…
