Staff didn't say anything, maybe just the price and how do you want to pay.
I had to ask if I could take a paper bag for my bottle and bag it myself.

They recognize people of the community and I personally get along with numerous staff here and they always are wilking to make reccomendations and take an extra look in the back for me when i inquire about something whereas other places often dismiss the request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coldroom is deliberately not properly cooled. On several occassions I purchased beer that wasn't cooled, checked others in the coldroom to be sure they weren't simply newly placed. Staff cares little as they can be heard chatting in the back while a line is forming with only one till open.
