★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, competitive prices. The store was clean, the staff was helpful and unlike some other smaller pet food stores, they do have a small aquarium supply section. If you are new to aquariums or a more casual hobbyist they should have most of the things you might need in a pinch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly and its so cute that they have adoption events all the time. I also like that they do photos for pets around any holiday! The groomer (Jenn) has been very good with my pup and always does an amazing job. The store is always very clean and the staff are always eager to help you find what you are looking for. I find the prices a little bit higher than other pet stores but I do like to come here on a regular basis as they have most of the things I need and the location is convenient. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet wash leads are old and broken so dog kept getting loose. Water would barely get warm and the provided soap was pretty much water. Area is nice but the supplies included were sub par for 10 bucks. Won't go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They moved the heaviest product to the back of the store and offer ZERO help when leaving the store. I needed cat litter and food they watched me struggle and offered no help. With 4 people working you’d think they could offer help, or to watch my items while I carried out one thing at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to buy some cat food, been to this location in the past and I'm happy to know they have new management, spoke to a really friendly and knowledgeable lady named Kelly. She just started managing this location not long ago and I can already see the differences. I explained that my cat was having some urinary problems and ask her to recommend me a brand of food that would help my cat with her needs. She was happy to take the time and go through my options with me and gave me all the pros and cons of each to better assist me with my decision.
I felt she was very professionally and handled the situations like an expert.
Highly recommended to all my friends and family and I will be going back.
