★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many different pet valus but this was my worst experience. The staff have no customer service. Not a hello to me or my dog until I got to the till. It's service like this that makes people buy online and stores go out of business. Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began shopping here just a couple of months ago. The location is very convenient for me, but have decided to take my business elsewhere. The staff that are there are great and incredibly helpful, but rundown as the store is incredibly understaffed. I came in yesterday and waited in line for 15 minutes while the poor girl at the front had to help a ridiculous amount of customers and appeared to be running the store by herself. It’s too bad, as it is not the employees fault that they do not have enough staff to help them out. Not how I would run my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has neat products. I have two cats. Some of the product is cheaper elsewhere. Good dog cookies ! Locally baked. Dog friends love them ❤.Great customer service here. If you dont see what you like, ask the counter staff. They may be able to order what you need. I gave 4 stars only because some product is a bit higher priced. I still shop here though, great variety and everyone is super friendly.

All the staff there is so nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable of their products. I enjoy getting points and a free bag of food every 13 bags purchased. Excellent customer acknowledgment! I love supporting a local business. keep up the great work guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadia from Royal oak location gave great service. I called to see if they had a bike leash which she found and put on hold so I could come in and get it. Prompt and efficient service. I appreciate people who know how to do their job and are polite when doing it.

Been shopping here for 4 years, since I moved into neighbourhood. Very disappointed tonight.
Went in to make a quick $10 purchase and sat in front of till for 5 full minutes, while salesperson proceeded to focus on only other customer in store, who was still deciding on a number of purchases.
My presence wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff member, let alone getting an assurance that they would be with me shortly.
I have been in customer service for 10 years, and when there are others waiting - especially at the till - there is no reason you can’t tell ‘deciding’ customer’ that while they look at what they want for a moment, you will answer other customers’ quick questions or handle a quick payment.
I put my purchases back, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
