Had a full exam with Dr.Sung and couldn't be more impressed with how well he explained the current health and needs of my teeth. We were able to colaberate on a full dental plan to get my teeth back to tip top shape after not being to a dentist since before covid shutdowns. Very thorough, new equipment and friendly staff. Definitely would recommend going forward. ?
L	Liana P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkway Smiles Dental clinic exceeded my expectations! To be honest, I had a horrible toothache for 2-3 days before I could finally see my endodontist. He examined my tooth and advised me to contact a dentist. I called my dental office but they offered to book an appointment and refused to see me right away though I complained about my suffering and urgently needed their help. So I called Parkway Smiles where they treated my kids before. They listened to my concern, sympathized me and gladly accepted me. I am very grateful for their help! The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Dr Jeff who examined my tooth and prescribed antibiotics was very knowledgeable and eager to help (the mix of Advil with Tylenol relieved my toothache and I could finally sleep at night! Thanks for the tip!). His assistant was also very welcoming and attentive. I do appreciate them! They saved me! I will definitely recommend their professional service!

They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Clinic has all the modern equipment and they always maintain hygiene. I am happy that I choose Parkway Smiles as my go to dental clinic. What a wonderful experience for me and my 3years old daughter Parkway smiles dental clinic is excellent dental clinic with wonderful dentist, hygienists and staff! new very clean office with all the latest gadgets and tool! They took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door from front to the end. Dr. Jeff Bullock and Dr. Do Hyun are knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. They took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. I feel like I have known everyone there for years and they truly make you feel comfortable. I’d give 6 stars if I could. If you have teeth you need to go Parkway smiles dental clinic.

I’m terrified of the dentist and have gone with sedation dentistry at the clinic in the past. The experience was so positive that I was brave enough to not use sedation when I had work done last week. From the minute I interacted with anyone at the clinic they’ve been so compassionate and kind about my fears. They talked me through the procedure, took their time during and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Each staff member is amazing at the services they provide but what makes them stand out even more is the attention, time & care they have given me with my fears. I honestly believe that with these great experiences that I will be able to overcome my anxiety. If you experience any fear with going to the dentist, you’re in great hands with Parkway Smiles and your teeth will thank you. :)

The reception/front desk staff are super friendly, organized and have gone above and beyond with their communication to help sort out any confusions I had regarding benefits or procedures. Dr. Jeff was great, and my hygienist today was awesome. I'll be recommending some people for sure.
T	Tarri Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly good experience for me. Hadn’t been to a dentist in 18 years due to paralyzingly fear. Dr. Bullock is gentle, compassionate and patient. We got through the first two visits even though he couldn’t do any work as my fear blood pressure was too high to proceed. Last week we finally got through it to fix my front upper tooth cavity. The injection didn’t hurt and he talked me through. I was able to have my teeth cleaned that day which was a huge accomplishment. I have my next appointment booked, as well. The staff at Parkway Smiles is as kind and generous as Dr Bullock. I guess he sets the tone. My husband is hearing impaired and hadn’t been to the dentist in almost ten years. These visits can be traumatic when people don’t take the time to visually explain — they did. He has three cavities and is going back. The appointments are already scheduled. I can’t really explain how grateful I am to have found this service.
