EDIT Went back for eyebrow threading and tinting. I texted her to set up the appt as the website said it was quicker. I came in and it seemed like she wasn't aware of the tinting portion but that we could still do it. I was there for about 5 minutes it felt like. She threaded my brows and then smeared some sort of cream over them for two minutes and said it was done. I'm not sure if that's a different way of tinting? But my eyebrows didn't look tinted at all. Most places I go to have to shape it and let the tint soak for about 10 minutes and I was just confused because she didn't shape the tint over my brows or anything like that. I was charged for both services although i'm sure I was only given one. Probably won't be back again.
D	Dhuha Habeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My lashes fell out veryyy quickly even though I followed all the instructions very carefully. All my friends have had theirs last for much longer. They also pulled at my lashes and caused damage. She finished a hybrid set in about 45 minutes which is extremely unheard of as they usually take much longer and I can only assume this was because she used large fans to get the job done quickly which is why when they fell out it was literally in clumps and barely lasted over a week. I had large gaps in between my lashes in less than a week. I contacted her about this and was told it was normal and that they needed to be brushed out even though I had been brushing them. I think I was taken advantage of because it was my first time getting them done so you assumed that I wouldn’t notice that you put in the least amount of effort possible. Please go get your lashes done somewhere safe!

Her pricing is unbelievable and the quality of her work is terrific, I could never go elsewhere for my lashes. I love the online booking, it makes it so easy to schedule a quick fill or a brow thread & tint on the go. I recently returned to her for a fresh set of lash extensions and am so glad I did! Highly recommend Ochre Studio.

I decided to never go back due to the lack of respect and major attitude problem that she had with her customers which I've experienced many times. She refuses to apologize for not doing my eyebrows properly and giving me what I expect as her regular customer when I asked her nicely... I even paid her a good tip, but she was very disrespectful to me on my birthday. I wouldn't not recommend getting service because I never felt respect by her and decided to walk away. She's good at what she does but you will have a very hard time being around her and getting what you want for what you paid for as a customer... This is lack of respect and good customer service... It's a shame I had to leave a review like this but this was my experience.

In late November I was chatting to her about my skin and she recommended a service dermaplaning I think it’s called with a mask afterwards and it has changed my skin can’t recommend enough
