B	Bojan Land on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a citizen of former Jugoslavia I visited Serbia and was erronously tortured in Belgrade. Asked Toronto Consulate for an apology and they told me I owe them one instead. Worst service ever! Never go to this nation, ever, unless they apology to me and change many laws that is. Sorry. I hereby withdraw myself from the Serbian citizenry.

Their answer was “ Sve informacije u vezi drzavljanstva mozete pronaci na sajtu konzulata” All the information regarding the citizenship can be found on our website. All I can say is they are very unprofessional and unhelpful. I can see the website information but I have asked specific questions and did not get an answer. Sad!
T	Tamnia Lightwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they said we don't have appoitment when we showed up, when they saw emails and confirmation they told us the consul is not there! That they thought we are coming for passport, when in emails it clearly states its for document verification!! These people wasted my entire day as to go there I need a day off, not everyone lives in Toronto! Oh and I booked month ahead of appointment! This is worse than in Serbia where you are always missing one more paper! Hope I don't need to deal with these people often in the future!
