We were trying to set up an appointment to talk with someone and they went above and beyond to get us seen that same day which we really appreciated. Very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. Once we settle into the neighborhood we will do our banking here.

W	West Coast Girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge appreciation shout out to Kiah La Mar for the outstanding service he provided me and my son last week!! We were purchasing a boat from Port Angeles and had a bank draft, however the bank wanted to hold the cheque for 5 business days unless the issuing bank called to provide authorization of legit funds. We were also in a huge hurry to make the last ferry back. I called the Jacklin CIBC Branch local phone number about ten times, but no one was answering. I was super frustrated. Kiah quickly identified after the 10th call that this could be an important call from someone needing immediate help. So he stopped his work in his office and went over the the customer service phone and answered my call. I must have sounded like a crazy lady trying to explain the situation quickly and was in a panic. Kiah calmed me down and reassured me he could help me in a few minutes. He verified my information, the bank draft on my account and called the Port Angeles bank and reassured the bank Manager the funds were indeed legit. We just made the ferry as the Captain re-opened the gate for us and we made it home that night. This was amazing service, he was outstanding and because of his exceptional customer service, I have and will always remain a 30 plus year client of CIBC. THANK YOU KIAH!
