I never thought I'd be giving CIBC another negative review, but then again I never thought I'd still be banking with you, so we are equally disappointed. To the tellers at this location, seriously, who hurt you? ... I have literally no words.

They are kind, straight-forward, and they put up with a lot of demanding Bloor-West-Villagers. I've seen older customers chewing out the poor staff members there on several occasions, and have always been impressed with how calmly the staff responded. It's delightful to walk in and be greeted by Anna, who brings the banking experience to another level and makes sure your specific needs are taken care of. It's so much better than walking into a large, impersonal bank and waiting in a long line for no reason before you can figure out to whom you should really be speaking. When you have serious banking to do, Zainab is a marvellous resource, she is thorough, professional and experienced. She makes sure she gets to the bottom of the situation and is a strong and intelligent advocate for her clients. I couldn't wish for a better bank - the staff is always friendly, and service is always as prompt as possible under the circumstances.

Open 7 days per week! 2 sets of older style ATM machines (you need to use an envelope in them). Line moves very fast!
