Bread did fall apart half way through,but wasn't a lost cause. Meat was excessively oily. Clean mom & pop place. Not amazing, but very, very good

P	Parental Guidance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had some great orders here and for a great value. However, the last time I went here, a different young man was working than the one that I usually see. I had a couple of issues with this order: 1, my chicken shawarma was COLD. Completely cold. He didn't even put my pita on the press to heat it before giving it to me. When I go to pay, I am not shown the price and instead, the machine asks me how much of a tip I would like to leave. 2, he was using the same gloves to make my order that he was wearing when he was wiping down the counter and then again while using the computer before and after my order. 3, there was so much sauce in the pita that it leaked all over my shirt. 4, the employee didn't have a friendly attitude (very abrupt and unwelcoming) and seemed to care more about the TV than the customers. I am deeply disappointed with this individual employee. Every other time I have come to Shadi, I have had excellent experiences. There is another young man that works here who is very friendly and provides guests with exceptional service. His recommendations are always on point and not once have I ever been worried about health and safety / cross-contamination when he is working. (I ended up with food poisoning the next day which immediately made me think of the shawarma I ate that was never heated up.)

M	Michael Slonimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh man!! I can’t understate the value and quality that this restaurant offers. Shawarmas all over the city are shrinking, but not here at Shadi’s! Portion sizes for platters are also huge! Food was also delicious and fresh. Wow wow wow!! 5million stars!!!!
