★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous flowers and plants, and the owners are so kind. Sadly, every plant or bouquet I've bought from here dies very quickly. I purchased a mint plant a few weeks ago, and it was infested with mealybugs. They hopped over to my balcony's parsley pot, and now both my mint and parsley had to be thrown away.

I absolutely recommend Bloor Village Flowers. Those that have received a flower or plant have have complimented the freshness and the decorative display and presentation. Thanks so much guys!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a beautiful custom bouquet from here, but the flowers started wilting on the next day and were dead the day after even though they were placed in water shortly after purchase. Very sad! From reading other reviews it appears this shop has a tendency to sell old flowers to their customers in order to clear out their inventory.

I was told by the sender that they accommodated a last minute change on the delivery time because I wasn't going to be home in the morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a florist for my wedding with only 3 weeks away - Melissa and team were AMAZING. Their service was stellar, arrangements affordable and not to mention absolutely stunning. I showed Melissa what I wanted and she made an exact replica of what I showed her for myself and the 2 bridesmaids, the centre pieces and ceremony arrangements. They delivered and set up at the venue at the time they said they would, and was very accommodating to our schedule anytime we had to go in to discuss/make payments. Thank you Melissa and Bloor West Flowers! Our wedding ceremony and reception would not look as classy and beautiful as it did without your professional touch!!!
