As a novice in floral arrangements, I walked into their shop and was immediately greeted with warmth and hospitality. The two gentlemen were both patient with me and informative—which I truly appreciated guys, thank you! I left with a beautiful bouquet that helped showcase the love and devotion I wanted to display that special day. Great service and thank you again!

I could have made that myself by going to flower market, buying the 2 types of flowers and putting them together side by side. Instead. I go to a flower shop for an arranged bouquet. Somewhere I hand the design and colour combination off to the designer and I trust that they create something beautiful. Something I couldn’t do myself. So I was left disappointed. Owner was nice though .

K	Kathy Mcleod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame, Shame on this florist. Ordered The Deluxe Grateful Heart Standing Spray Thursday at 3:30pm. Arrived at the Funeral home Saturday from 11-1pm and my flowers were no where to be seen at this funeral. Called Damask Rose at 11:30am from the Funeral Director's office and was told that the flowers would be finished for 1:00pm. I cancelled the order of the elaborate display and asked them to bring over a vase of roses immediately so my family had some flowers and representation at the funeral. Nothing arrived while I was in the funeral home from 11-1pm. We picked the florist as they claimed to be "Funeral Flowers Specialists" on their website and they were 1/2 KM away from the Funeral home. In my opinion perhaps even a scam as I live out of town and I would never even of known that my flowers were missing if I had not attended the proceedings. Shame, shame, shame to prey on the grieving. I am mortified. So unprofessional and unacceptable.
