C	Colleen Gilhuly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five star store, one star experience, so I'm splitting the difference and leaving a three star review. Great selection on common & uncommon popular houseplants (philodendron, pothos, calathea, hoya, peperomia, ZZ, succulents, etc), and probably the best prices in the neighbourhood. Also a great selection of herbs and veggies in the spring if you don't grow your own seeds. All of the plants I've bought here are healthy and growing well. Unfortunately I had a bad experience there today when I visited the store on the way home from purchasing a plant at another store (plantforsoul, only a short walk away and I recommend visiting it). The owner must have thought that I stole the plant because they had the same variety in stock. I was chased down, grabbed hard, and my plant was damaged by one of the owners as they tried to take it from me. I agreed to walk back with them to the store and then they finally looked at the label on the pot to confirm it came from a different store. A totally understandable misunderstanding, but it wasn't resolved well and sadly I can't see myself returning any time soon.
A	Amelia Chand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local flowershop that’s been my go-to for gifts for Mother’s Day or Birthdays. I find the quality of the flowers great, and always smell fresh. The pricing is reasonable, and the family (I think) are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to ordering custom bouquets in the future.

Found these gems today and came home to arrange them. Freesia smell so good. My place to go for mother's day and just flowers in general. <3 It is family runned and they are lovely. <3
A	Alice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite plant shop in GTA!! I bought the philodendron micans at this shop a week ago and they look amazing. I've looking for this over months and finally found one at Victoria Flowers. They've got some plants that are difficult to find in other stores. Definitely going to come back again!! (also bought midnight zz a month ago from this place, they look stunning)

The quality has been fairly consistent and I knew that they were a fairly reliable shop for most of my needs. However, I received one plant that had begun wilting and dying within 48 hours. After calling the shop and being told to come in for an exchange, I was met by an older woman who looked me in the eyes and called me a liar and a thief, and tried convincing that the plant was not theirs, despite her remembering me purchasing the plant. After years of supporting their business, I cannot support a business that will so quickly and easily call their clients a thief, liar, and embarrass them in front of other people. The rudeness and disrespect that this family is willing to offer to their customers is why I will not be visiting this shop again, and why I cannot recommend this shop to anyone considering the abundance of plant shops that exist in the city.

I’ve came here several times for flowers for family, friends, and significant other. They always make it workout with their arrangements. Definitely consider looking at some plants here for your home or as a gift to others.
