Great place for Keto treats! They tasted wonderful and not overly sweet. They look so pretty as well! Will definitely come back :) The doughnuts are heavenly!!!!

Wow! It smells mesmerizing in there! My neighbor referred me to this place knowing I have a very acute allergy to gluten. The staff was very friendly, and she reassured me that the products they use are exclusively made in a gluten free facility, otherwise unfortunately I would not be able to have it. Their Nanaimo bar is actually better than the original, imo, made with a soft layer in the middle. There Cinnamon donuts just melt in your mouth and leave you wanting at least 5 more!!

Wow some of these baked goods are a knock out! Great presentation, great texture, great flavours!!! Wow! I sampled several products sold at the counter in order to decide if I liked their goods enough to want to order a cake in the future. The only reasons why I wouldn't give this place 5 stars are 1.) I was hoping to meet staff who could relate to customers who have food intolerances and can empathize that gluten free and sugar free products are their only option as opposed to a lifestyle choice. And as a result don't need much convincing to buy their delicious products! The emphasis on sales was approached with high energy and great enthusiasm but was a bit too strong. :) 2.)I'd also love to see ingredient lists of every baked good made available for sale behind the counter (as is the custom in most food alternative shops) to help customers know what exactly they’re consuming. Particularly customers with food intolerances. Maybe there were signs posted for each baked good but they weren't visible enough to me? Mind you their chalkboard sign on the wall of what they do and don't bake with is very informative and gives some reassurance but it isn’t entirely clear what’s in each baked good. :) 3.) I'd love to see products made of 100% Monk Fruit as opposed to the common Monk Fruit Erythritol blend. :) That being said I look forward to visiting again and hope to see ingredients list in place for all their baked goods on display. :)

The first time my partner and I went there, one staff member couldn't stop criticizing people from Quebec. Another was asking very intrusive questions about my partner's outfit. We still went back as we liked their donuts, and this time, the same first staff member was clearly talking behind my partner's back in front of other customers as we were leaving the store. Will not go back there and do not recommend.

The cake was absolutely amazing. So happy that I was able to enjoy low carb, delicious cake for my birthday.

I love this place! The flavours, the fact that has keto products, the way they handle the food (very careful), etc. I had an amazing low carb thanksgiving dinner with their help!
