★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put 0 stars I would. I have had Tahinis countless amount of times in London, and the service was excellent. Last night at 7:50 P.M., I ordered a chicken and rice bowl with hummus - the bowl was not even full to begin with. The girl with glasses charged me $14.68 and forgot to charge my pop. My transaction went through and was approved. She said oh no I forgot to charge you the pop so she types in $16.68 into the machine. I showed her my bank statement to show her the transaction, and that I needed to pay $2.00 for the pop, NOT $16.68. She refused and did not care saying she did not charge me. You need to train your staff, I also had to pay for BREAD, something that should come with HUMMUS. Your staff is despicable, and I will never come back to this location. Train your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were really helpful and made ordering really easy. I ordered 5 shawarmas. All of them had a lot of flavour. Best part of the shawarma was their pita bread. Homemade and cook to perfection. They have a great garlic and tahini sauce. On top of that, it’s halal! Definitely will be coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ordering was not available on the website. Tried calling the store 3 times to place a pick up order ahead of time. Ended up going in person to order and the staff member responded “why didn’t you order on Uber, your order of 6 meals will take 30mins”
I didn’t mind the wait but honestly, it didn’t seem like the staff wanted to take my order. I came back 30 minutes later and they told me it would be another 20minutes. They were stressing the amount of orders from online pick up.
Upon my return and waiting for my order, for about 15 minutes, I don’t see any drivers coming in and picking up orders and the 3 staff seem to be taking their time to complete my order. The store was also empty, I was the only customer in the store.
Was not worth paying $91.50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered this food off Uber Eats. First of all Feb portions are huge, I’d say a regular size is a large elsewhere. There’s a Also a ton of sauce and toppings, I like sauce so this is good.

I kept hearing about the hype for this place on TickTock and everywhere else so I decided to order today a chicken Shawarma and rice bowl meanwhile it was a sauces rice bowl when I asked the gentleman at the front for the sauce does it come individually on the side he said yes it comes on the side if you want and you guys can be the judge on this one there was not even a half a cup of chicken in that whole bowl and here is the icing on the cake I ordered a felafel wrap it was not even grilled or warmed up at least and I added fries in it there was no fries in the wrap but I paid extra I had to cut the wrap in two to double check for it not even this could match what’s next I ordered a 10 piece of Samosa I only received 6 pieces
Overall the food was completely horrible wouldn’t recommend this place not even to my enemy

Highly recommend this place which offers large portions and great customer service.
Next time I would try the Ramadan special Habibi bowl ?
