I've been having a difficult time with a nearby branch that's closer to where I live and the staff here were professionals in finding not only a solution to the current situation but also helping me find a permanent solution to a related issue. I'll be heading to this branch for any in-person items I need to attend to in the future. Thank you again!
J	Jojo Luka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to like this branch until I came across manager Nina. Horrible customer service, absolut disregard of the fact that I am a valued customer over 20 years. She basically refused to help me with some fees, she said "No, I will not help you. You are no better than other customers". I was appalled . I had to contact the Td customer service department and they resolved my fee issue immediately. I'm surprised someone with such poor communication skills is allowed to manage the bank branch. I'll take my banking elsewhere.

Or maybe it’s because this is my home branch, so I’m bias. :) The staff almost always goes above and beyond. I feel safe going into the bank to withdraw money / deposit cash. The only downside is the wait time, but it’s probably because there are a lot of retired individuals living in the area, which causes an influx of customers. I try to do as much as I can online. They also have the Amazon Vault inside, although it’s been temporarily shut down during covid.

I had to follow up with them after a week to tell me that they need some proofs (they did not botherto follow up). I changed the application according to thier recommendation again and they confirmed it will work. Eventually the application got rejected. Well done TD for making our lives more difficult .

A	Al Gjota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It just so happened that I went to this location (as usually use Kipling location) and boy I was glad I did as there was a glitch wfor months with my account and Julie was great at the counter and had me on my way. Also needed a Line of Credit and usually I was declined however Natalya was great and pulled through for me. Great customer service.
