★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this bank to deposit bussiness account I been sent back twice saying is too many cheque and they can't do it. I guess they dont want any deposit..or maybe they just lazy to accommodate costumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not want to give this location any stars at all if I have a choice. Staffs are nice but it is not a pleasant experience to deal with this branch manager Nick . Basically it seems that Meridian give lots of authority to the branch manger, so he can do whatever he wants to. He try his best to take every possible step to make you feel uncomfortable and he shows no respect to people. I sincerely do not think he is suitable for any customer service related job. Please take the advice, DO NOT go to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Meridian Branch @ Bloor West Village constantly amazes me. They solve issues and they always find a way to weather any storm with a smile. Being a longtime member, I enjoy working with their knowledgeable, dedicated and very capable staff and advisers. They have convenient hours which allow me to do banking after work. Keep up the great job guys!! Hope you never become like those big banks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! I never write review but my experience was so poor at this location I felt like I had to warn others! I submitted every document I needed for a mortgage on the day I came in for my appointment. It took them weeks to give me an estimate. There was a lot of back and forth, with the longest processing time on their end, which I have not experienced at other meridian branches and other banks. In the end I wasted months trying to get pre-approved. The advisor was downright senseless and had to go to the branch manager for help on everything (which probably assisted in causing the communication delays). Even with the managers help the entire way through, after the final application was sent to the branch manager, the advisor said he "completely restructured the deal" and told me the mortgage we were approved for was $250,000 less than the original amount. I would understand a slight variation, but a difference of a 1/4 of a million dollars is ludicrous. This was months ago and I am still in shock over this entire situation. I never received an apology after I expressed my disappointment in the service. In the end the advances we had made with our home-search were rendered utterly useless.

They are timely and always answer all my questions thoroughly (I am the kind of person who likes to go into details.) Management also seems to be very coordinated and take care of things. Great to be able to actually be seeing a human face of the business.
