Delivery was easily booked and text updates the day of delivery were helpful. One delivery person was pleasant the other was not (arrived at my delivery in this state) overtly in a bad mood and was terse with me.

He was friendly and courteous, answered all of our questions with a smile and was not pushy. He found us a Refrigerator that was in stock that checked all of my boxes and gave us a fantastic deal! Had the item delivered within 2 days and the delivery men were on time, friendly and very careful. I would definitely recommend CAS in future and will be back when it is time to replace our stove.

Our stairs and hand rails were to narrow to carry straight down. They figured out a way to get it down which was outside their job description.

The first thing we noticed while shopping was we were actually greeted when we went into the store, this was not the same experience at another appliance store. She took the time to understand our asks and provided very helpful advice. She was very knowledgable about the products. We did notice an error on the invoice with the incorrect product number which will impact our price that we already put a deposit on but she corrected this quickly.

The washer and dryer were unloaded and uncovered so we could confirm they were the correct ones and inspect for damage. The 2 men delivering the appliances were very careful and answered all our questions. The machines were placed where we wanted and hooked up and balanced quickly and efficiently. All boxes and other debris were cleaned up before departure. Would recommend these people. Our salesman Farhan Ullah was very helpful in the store helping us to decide what to purchase and walked us through all the procedures to follow before and during delivery. The delivery was on scheduled day - there were no delays in getting product. We are grateful for his help.

Delivery was professional and quick. Price was comparable to the big box stores and with the discount we received it covered delivery costs and an additional year of warranty.

He greeted me the minute I walked in there and gave me his honest opinion on items and helped me narrow down my selection with expert advice. He was so great assuring me he was getting me the best price on the items I was purchasing. I could see right there in person that he was doing everything he could to guarantee I was walking away with a great deal. I would recommend and have recommended dealing with Kirk for any purchase. I will be sending family and friends there 100 percent .
