★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because they are close to me I phoned and then went in person to ask about truck canopies (a good year ago). I went away knowing no more than I did before. Today I asked about roof racks. Same "don't bother me" kind of attitude. Nothing terribly bad, but I had to wonder why I expected decent service now when it was so lacking before. I bought my canopy at a shop where they could spare a minute to give me the lowdown on canopies and will do the same with roof racks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big thanks to Burnaby Hitch. They applied LineX to the bed of my 2020 Gladiator. Always get top-notch service from them. Special shout-out to Yvonne who kept constant communication and looked after me from the very first email.
I highly recommend paying them a visit for any cargo management or LineX needs =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Burnaby hitch for years and they have always served me well. I knew Louie the owner when he was an employee, now owner and he has transformed this business from trailer serving to a thriving business which provides almost anything you need for your truck. I am a landscaper and bought a hiniker plow and salt dog salter from them and they did a great job setting me up. Patti is his sister and she is absolutely fantastic! She really is an essential part of his business. They evolved so far from the earlier days, where they do linex bed spaying, or anything that has to do with getting your rig up to snuff. Great place, great people. He has got me out of a jam more than once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to Rack Attack...
Well, initially I received great service from Burnaby Hitch. The install was clean on my Acura RDX for a trailer hitch, wiring harness, and receiver. It worked great one time two days after the initial install.
It went downhill from there. I prepared for a day and a half and invested about $500 into a motorcycle track day. I went to pickup a U-Haul motorcycle trailer the night before the event and the right turn signal wasn't working. We then hooked the vehicle up to another trailer and still the right signal wasn't working.
We then proceeded to pin out the wiring on the vehicle and no power was going to the green wire (right turn signal side) at all. The harness was faulty and I was unable to rent the trailer and go to my event the following day.
I contacted Burnaby Hitch and they did follow up and get my vehicle in right away to swap out the harness. The effort is there but having this happen just 3 weeks after install is very disappointing.
I'd say save a bit more and go to Rack Attack. Unless you want to throw a bunch of money and time away like I had to. Disappointed in the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our second vehicle the post below is ours brought them a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE couple month ago and now the second I have to say amazing work by this team definitely recommend price is great and quality is excellent. Labour and hitch are competitive and are market pricing see attached on how clean our hitch looks barely can notice it on a 2021 brand new Toyota Camry xse , underneath was also put in hidden under car cover! Thanks again ?staff was friendly there is a wait but you can be put on a cancelation list to be called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the Line-x spray in bed liner and the Bakflip Tonneau cover done at Burnaby Hitch. Install was quick and done well. Service was great and friendly. Yvonne was fantastic to deal with. Very happy with our choice to go to Burnaby Hitch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Line x applied to my truck bed. First they stripped some paint from the prep work, they refused to fix that. Then I moved a book shelf and it tore a strip right off the line x on the wheel well. Then continued to lift off the truck bed. It was never bonded to the paint properly.
Line X offers a life time warranty and says it will never tear or lift. These guys would not honour the warranty and refused to fix it correctly unless I wanted to pay the top hourly rate.
They ended up doing a botch job and it still is not bonded to the paint. Mistakes happen but honour your work. Go to any other Line X, don’t bother dealing with them. I’d give zero stars if I could.
