Their trailer hook up system is outdated and does not work with the heavy-duty pick up trucks and staff does not know how to secure the chains.

Only cons: their call centre transfer if you don’t get through to someone right away
Some of their internal storage units don’t have any camera/monitoring and aren’t as well lit/feel as safe as they could be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service from the front desk. Also had a good supply of moving items in stock. Only downside to this location is they don’t have the largest truck size (26’) available for pickup. But the staff were kind enough to let us know that up front so we could book with another location.
