G	Glen Hudson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is a joke i spend 250 on a pair of work boots around 5 months later the sole starts seperating and and i call in. They tell me it's usually 6 months warranty and to bring them in. So i take time out of my day drive half hour and then get told too bad they are the hardest to get warranty from and the store wont do anything for me. So.not only do they mis inform me on the phone i waste an hour of my day going to their store just to be told too bad buy new ones. Great warranty and customer service...
P	Peter Savage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to shop for gear for construction work, the big issue is that they have bankers hours. If they were open 11:00-8:00 Tuesday to Friday & 8-4 Saturday & Sunday, they would probably make way more money. Their clientele works while they are open.

As before, I promptly received acknowledgement of my order and was told I would be informed on shipping. Well, after 3 weeks, that notification never arrived and neither did my package. I sent a short email to customer svc re: order number ?.... Within 30 minutes I got a response from Kelly at online sales and administration saying their records show shipping but strangely, no tracking information. Kelly asked me a couple of questions which seemed pertinent to my complaint and I responded appropriately. One again, a very swift email response apologizing for the whole thing and promising to send a new shirt. I was kept informed all the. An order was created. Shipping has been arranged. Package has been shipped. Package will be there on xxxxxx. Received package. Email shortly after arrival asking if all was well. There was even an extra gift in the box. From original complaint to complete satisfaction in about a week and a half. I would highly recommend ONO Work & Safety based only on their customer service with me.

We were able.to get concise guidance and provided samples of the devices without drama. The prices are competitive with other retailers. We received what we needed in a timely manner. Recommend ONO to anyone needing fall protection systems. Well stocked in dafety footwear too.

Great prices and discounts. Staff were warm and welcoming, Doug was especially helpful in answering all inquiries and introduced me to the Team after setting up an account for future business. I am looking forward to checking out their online service system as I am based out of Terrace. Great reasource for those of us in the construction business.
