Avoid Fastenal at all costs, there are far better stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased some items from the Chilliwack branch and before i bought asked if i could return any unused items to the Surrey store. The staff at surrey store would not help me or give me a refund. they said they didnt a refund on their books for a sale they didn't get credit for. Said i had to drive all the way back to Chilliwack. avoid these lying incompetent overpriced un customer service thieves at all cost. i will never buy from them again.
