★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved out May 2, very rude front end girl. Bay door was broken and she was of no help. Wasn't fixed all day either. Gentleman at the front counter was very polite when I checked out thank goodness for him !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through a hard time, but the woman who works there, Alizon, was amazing. She was so helpful and kind throughout everything and worked with us to resolve our matters. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever encountered. Alizon is definitely an asset to this company. Just because of her, I would recommend this storage facility to anyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been 14 years of needing a storage locker for my business Celebrate the Moment ...designs. As an event planner and decorator i chose Storage for Your Life and then Sentinel because of the convenience to my office. The units were clean and easy to access any time if day and some late evenings.
During those years there have been many front desk changes. I can say that all of the employees were very pleasant to work with and always understood my needs.
The past two years because of Covid were difficult for everyone. But inspite of this whenever i came to pay for my locker I was greated with a friendly face and a hello.
Thank you for always making me feel like an old friend.you always took the time to stop and say hello. I will miss talkng to you as you walked thru the building checking things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about Alizon, the manager at the Langley location. She was very proficient at her job, answering every question my wife and I had without hesitation. She clearly communicated the many aspects of the rental agreement and was quick to return my call on Monday when I left a message over the weekend. Add to that her friendly personality, and you have a winning combination! Thank you Alizon!

Friendly and very helpful service and very well maintained storage units. I would no doubt return for any future storage needs and definitely would recommend it to others.

The staff are extremely compassionate and accommodating and I could not recommend this facility more. Convenient location right off the highway and it's very clean and safe! Highly recommend!
