I needed to get copies of some paperwork just yesterday and Krystal at the rentals desk was helpful and professional. I got exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend Driving Force.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Very responsive to all requests. Rented four vehicles over two months with a number of changes and adjustments. They communicated well and responded quickly. The price was reasonable and they accommodated us even on short notice. It made the process easy and saved a lot of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been renting from Driving Force for a few years now. They have always pulled through and found us trucks, even with the shortage of the past year or so. The trucks are clean and well maintained.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely will keep renting from them. Also considering leasing from them now.

The staff is friendly and helpful and Krystal was great in helping secure a truck over the next month. Thank you. The trucks are clean and in good condition and I would recommend to anyone who needs to rent a truck.

Being a frequent traveller and renting vehicles frequently from airports, I have found Driving force to be superior to Avis , Enterprise and Budget in customer service and prices. My rental agent “Andrea” was so helpful & efficient . Very impressed with her professional attitude , promptness and genuine customer service. I will definitely be coming back as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant experience buying a new truck here this month with my husband. Salesperson Darcy and finance manager Shirley made the whole process super simple and flow seamlessly. Was pleasantly surprised that there were zero long waits or delays at any point during the purchasing process: from getting a pressure-free sales quote from Darcy, to coming back for a test drive, to meeting with Shirley to discuss the finance portion, to the truck being ready to go the minute we were done signing papers (Darcy even put on our new plates himself), to having an ICBC insurance person waiting for us at the dealership: each part of the purchasing process was organized and pleasant. We are very much enjoying our new-to-us Chevy Silverado and are very happy with our experience. Thank you Driving Force Langley !
