I called FF, and Christine arranged Appointment right away!! The same day, the same morning. Then Zhan (mechanic) explained all details and my lovely truck was fixed. Highly Recommend. Professional, reliable and efficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to have a A-arm repaired. When I went to pick it up the invoice was twice what I was quoted. Unfortunately, it was not done properly and unusably bent. After another three days, the A-arm is now repaired properly. This might have been frustrating but I am happy that I have a working part now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought thousands of dollars in blades and equipment over the years and this had to be one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. Customer service is NOT their strong point nor is dealing with warranty issues. To this day we are still dealing with install issues, wiring deficiencies, and poor workmanship. At the end of the day I'm glad we had our issues as Drive Products has been one of our best Suppliers that have come out of this dreadful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with the a snowway plow purchased from Fort Fabrication 12 years ago. It was snowing heavily but they got me in right away. They found it need way more work than originally thought but fixed all the problems and found a ground fault in my truck they repaired. The price was reasonable and I didn't miss any of our scheduled clients. Could not have been happier with the service.
