Bunch of con artists. Will charge you 3 times the amount for incomplete work. Very rude & poor customer service and totally overpriced.

***UPDATED APRIL 28, 2017*** They repeatedly failed to diagnose and repair the axles and wheels on my commercial trailer...because one of the dually wheels sheared off and cost me almost $2000 for road service and parts on my long haul. Instead of admitting they made a big mistake...they blamed the problems on the trailer being poorly designed. Adding insult to injury...I recently found out Paul is claiming I don't pay my invoices...hmmm...Paul's long standing company policy is all customers MUST PAY THEIR INVOICES BEFORE they will release the vehicle. Paul's shop does inferior work. They abdicate their professional responsibility. But to lie and say a customer doesn't pay their invoice...Especially after losing two wheels and blaming the equipment?! Think twice before you gamble with Paul. ****APRIL 28, 2017 RESPONSE TO PAUL'S A1 TRAILER REPLY**** It's obvious you have zero communication with your staff...recently, in March, a repair shop that my 53' commercial trailer was at contacted your shop and told you they had my trailer and asked if you could repair an issue on it that they themselves could not diagnose. YOUR STAFF TOLD THE SHOP THAT "(I) WAS UNRELIABLE AND DID NOT PAY (MY) INVOICES" - March 2017 - so why is Paul's A1 Trailer Repair lying? AND, showing the (lack) of your technical abilities...that particular 2-car trailer has 3 x 7000 lbs axles...so more than capable to handle the weight... So if you and your staff weren't ignorant and lied to my mechanic last month, then I would have not posted this NEGATIVE REVIEW. Your staff has the audacity to lie AFTER 4 YEARS !?!! One would think that after 4 years, and whomever has been there that long (probably your girlfriend that works the front desk lol), would have not been stupid enough to lie. You don't know how to fix (my) trailer...your staff lies...how can anyone trust 'Paul's A1 Trailer Repair'...I won't. I transport high end vehicles. BTW...the actual diagnosis for my trailer was ascertained by an experienced mechanic at a Fountain Tire location within minutes. Literally... Paul's A1 Trailer Repair failed, after making incorrect and unresolved repairs that I had to pay literally thousands of $$$ and multiple down days...because PAUL'S A1 TRAILER REPAIR failed.
