We had A LOT of stuff and they did a great job packing the truck to fit it all. They were also so polite and upbeat right until the end of a very long day! We are hoping to never ever move again lol, but would definitely use metro Vancouver again.

Chris dropped off and picked up the free plastic boxes efficiently. Happy, Seid, and Mohammed, were the movers and were fast and polite. They handled all our boxes and furniture without the need for a lot of guidance and were quick to accommodate any requests we made.

We relocated from Vancouver to the Okanagan and our experience was smooth thanks to Arman and his team. They have been punctual, professional, and careful with our belongings each time even with different movers. We took advantage of the complimentary moving totes on our last move and wondered why we hadn't before - really great added bonus!. The owner, Farshad, is great to deal with, too! Thank you Metro Vancouver Movers! We are really hoping to stay settled for awhile, but we know who to call if needed again!
N	Nick Zabatel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not respect fragile items. Placed everything in living room then left. Overcharged for one hour and only accept one type of credit card. All three movers did not wear a mask during the whole duration of the move. We were all in close proximity and I felt uncomfortable as one was coughing occasionally. They did not want to work outside of office hours which is understandable. However, we were told we would get five hours but the office closed so we were only able to get 4. And we were still charged for five hours. The receipt has the wrong info on it as well. Updated: The company sent two movers for one hour two days later after a phone call discussion. After the job was done they asked me to remove the review. However I think it is only fair to keep my full experience up. The two movers were nice/cooperative and finished in less than an hour. Additionally on the first day one mover opened a brand new pack of paper towels and used some after washing his hands. This would have been completely fine but we had another opened pack he could have used if he asked. We were saving this unopened pack to donate to the food bank. Receipt Reference #59857435

I used them yesterday Sat January 16, 2022 to move and as usual the service was fantastic. The team lead by Farhad and his team did a great job of ensuring each of the items are securely packed and moved. They took care of each of item professionally and moved. Great service and fair price. I will strongly recommend Metro Vancouver Movers.

The lead person Sam was fantastic and his team with Marcus and Vladimir were great. We felt very comfortable in how they handled our delicate items and had some nifty tricks in getting around difficult big items. The best part were the use of their moving boxes that they gave to us a few days prior to moving to safely pack and store many small items and appliances. Wow what a great service. USE THEM you will not regret it is all I can say. Happy moving.
