β β β β β Helpful people... safe secure place to store your belongings or whatever you have . ....no dead bodies needed lol ..plus coffee an soda available if you need one ...plus staff available to answer questions.

β β β β β place was clean and managers on duty were great. they even gave us free bottled water.
only compliant I had was the new static stairs. gate at the top to load through was too small. they said they were resting them for a month. hope they get rid of them.

β β β β β Self Storage Depot does not pro rate so if you are looking to store items short term look elsewhere because there are far better and cheaper options available at many competitors. The company does not offer insurance so if your items get damaged for some reason you will be the one responsible. There is no washroom on site available for customers which I find ridiculous. Why should customers spend $100 - $300 a month and not be allowed to use the toilet? Keep in mind If you do rent a locker here chances are you will not be able to upsize or downsize due to the fact that there are none available. This hopefully will change in the future as other larger competing storage facilities move into the area.

β β β β β This storage facility is well managed and maintained. They provided carts secured ladder to safely access the upper storage unit. The upper unit is quite high so make sure you use small boxes to transport stuff to upper unit. They also provided movable lamp to easily see stuff with deeper units.
