E	Eschelle Westwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great place to shop, nice and quiet and great stuff for the holidays. Never fail to find great stuff anytime I need it. Their staff are always so helpful and their rare plant selection is getting bigger and bigger!
k	k K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is evil. I go in and come out with empty wallets ? Friendly staffs, patient to answer or point to the direction. Look into their website for free membership before you go. They detail that the points are redeemable 3 times a year. You can sign up during checkout. Little tip. If you are buying a plant and planter on the same day, they offer to plant it for you free of charge. They just provide you with a charge slip for you to take to the cash register.
D	Daphne A. Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This didn't happen to me, but I saw it happen right beside me today. There was a large cart with new plants in it and the whole cart was wrapped in clear plastic. The cart was placed in the middle of an aisle along with their regular merchandise. There were 2 ladies looking at the plants in this cart, and a staff passed by and very curtly told these ladies that the plants in the cart are not for sale, that they belong to another location. The ladies quickly replied, trying to be lighthearted, saying they were just admiring the plants. The staff replied in an increasingly annoyed tone asking the ladies to step away from the cart because "things have gone missing before". I couldn't believe what I was hearing, it was so rude and accusatory. If you don't want people to go near the plants, don't put the cart in the middle of the aisle where customers walk, don't wrap it in clear plastic, and maybe put a sign on it. Don't take out frustrations on customers for a situation you created.

B	Brent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great first experience at Gardenworks. The selection was great and the staff were incredibly helpful. Not only that, but as I was carrying plants back to the SkyTrain, one of the co-owners happened to be driving by and offered me a ride. Couldn’t ask for more!

I was asking about a planter which was only on display in black, but the company also makes some in white. Frank informed me that they do not make the size I want in white, proceeded to show me some other options what might work, assisted me in getting exactly what I needed. (I'd been looking for a solution to my hot, south facing balcony for several years) Thank you Frank for all your help and your excellent customer service.

The early summer selection of trees and shrubs in the outside courtyard is unmatched. So many different varieties all well labeled for their preferred environment (shaded, full sun), etc. I went for the Japanese Maples and was blown away by all the choices, as well as variety of price ranges to fit within your budget. I’m looking forward to heading back soon!
