I was recommended here by my sister, that the owner Simon - was the best in the business. Let me tell you - I got WAY more than I paid for. I got my mom these flowers for mother's day - and all my siblings were giving me a hard time because they were so beautiful they wanted to know the cost of it, my mom said it doesn't matter the cost - its the thought that counts :) I had private messages from 2 of my siblings the next day - asking me what was the cost and where was it from? I guess the flowers made an great impression! I have been to other florists before - take my word... you won't find someone who is better at what he does. If your looking for flowers for any occasions for your loved ones. 1. You will not get better value anywhere else - go check prices elsewhere, I have! Not too mention, their arrangements are ....................... not as nice? To be nice about it. 2. You are supporting a local business and independent business. 3. You will work with the florist - who replies with in seconds/minutes and customizes your order. And I'm not saying you need to know what you're doing, just give him the gist of what your looking for, and let the professional handle it. I am a returning customer for sure. It's just like when you find that "your" coffee shop, that bar that knows your drink when you sit down, that restaurant you've going to for years with your go-to order. This shop is just like that, but for your florist needs!

Simon was amazing! I ordered an arrangement off the Hepatica website very late notice, and the flowers that were in the arrangement were not available on the day I needed them. Simon sent me a message offering me an even more beautiful arrangement, at no additional cost. He also kept me informed, and communicated status updates with me right up until the delivery was made. I am super impressed with the absolute Quality Customer Service, and Artistry of Hepatica Florist. It is refreshing to see that pride in ownership and customer first still exists. Simon is a great guy who will take care of all your flower needs. Simon did all the floral for our wedding at brix and mortar. My wife gave Simon a vision of what she wanted her bridal bouquet to look like, and Simon delivered a beautiful bouquet that turned out exactly what my wife wanted. Simon has freshly made flowers always available if you want to drop in and grab flowers for a bday or just because. You can also give Simon a call if you need something specially made. Highly recommended!

Simon was very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. I explained to him what I had in mind for a delivery and he was able to suggest a unique custom arrangement that ended up exceeding expectations. You can definitely tell that he’s passionate about his work and cares about his customers through the level of detail and care put into his creations. The price is also very reasonable for the quality and quantity and especially compared to some other florists that I looked into. I highly recommend Hepatica!

Amazing Service, great selection, mastery of flower arrangements at very reasonable price! I needed a flower arrangement for the Birthday of my lovely wife. I usually pick those in person as I had bad experience in the past with online flower shops, but as I am away from home I had to relay on online stores and delivery services. It was late afternoon and after trying several online florists in Burnaby and Metro Vancouver I was running out of time ordering for the next day delivery. I ordered a blooming plant online just to realize, after calling the "x" store to confirm the delivery, that those plants are not available during this season (why are they offered online?). No alternative was given. It is almost a closing time for all the local stores when I decided to make one last attempt calling Hepatica Florist store. The call went into voicemail. Bummer! Suddenly, my phone buzzed and I got message from the store offering to discuss my needs over text messaging. Next 10 minutes went by frantic texting back and forth with Simon from Hepatica. He patiently guided me through his available flower assortments (by taking pictures of different arrangements and sending it to me by text) , made several good suggestions and, to my utmost satisfaction, very expeditiously took my order over the phone (the store was already closed for quite some time). To top it all off, he promised to deliver the plants himself first thing in the morning. I was in heaven! Never expected such high level customer care and satisfaction! The next day, as promised, Simon promptly delivered the plants to my house, just in time to pleasantly surprise my wife. Even sent a picture taken upon the delivery! Simon made us both, my wife and I, to feel really special. His professional demeanor, service excellence and empathy are unique.
