Smiles and good old fashioned customer service.
Great staff and service. Location is convenient and parking available. Close to transit as well. Love the breads and other baked good. Great deli meats. Prices are on par. Produce is good, but could be better.
They cater to their customers in a lovely and humble way. Great place to shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We partially cracked open a coconut that was purchased this afternoon and it tasted sour and salty. Which was really odd so we decided to completely open the thing up and this is what it looked like.
Who handles the quality control of this place? The fact that products like this are put on the shelf is disgusting, you realize people ingesting this kind of stuff is unsafe?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the worst experience, that made me honestly extremely uncomfortable ,I’m waiting to cash out the lady in front of me is still filling her bags, I have no room to fill mine, I get cashed out, and then does the cashier not proceeded to cash out the next person. I am masked and two people on either side of me unmasked within touching distance. social distancing is not very hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always try to shop at more locally-based grocery stores so frequently visit here. My only complaint is the lines always seem to be crazy long at the registers, no matter the time of day.
Stock range and quantity aren't too bad and cover the necessities but lack quality and diverse fresh produce. Prices in comparison are good value for some products, but massively overpriced for others and a totally mixed/random luck of the draw. I'd hope they would emphasize more effort to promote many products of local businesses, in comparison to other grocery stores.
The staff are very friendly and kind, there are frequent sanitizing stations around the store.
The MyNeighborhoodRewards is a bonus reason for shopping a BuyLow. Reminder you have to frequently have how many points you have, otherwise won't be prompted.
Also worth checking out their flyers and daily offers, sometimes you can grab a steal and I like it when they have cheap Avocado Tuesdays!
