★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS doesn't even try to cater to customers. Delivery driver wrote the bare minimum on the Info slip, including a scratched out "15" For the pickup location. Useful! Went to pickup after checking the tracking number online and the store looks abandoned during their "open" hours. Supposed to open at 1030 on Sat and arrived at 1130. Security gates up and not a sign explaining why.
UPDATE: store owner replied with reasonable explanation. Drivers still continue to disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great location has parking close to bus and staff always so very professional and friendly, they are great help when mailing large packages and has reasonable priced mailbox access 24/7 deal with another location in downtown and it like night and day when in comparison to both locations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a satisfied customer of mailbox rental services at the UPS Store for several years on Hastings Street in Burnaby, I witnessed something on Saturday, September 4, 2021 that convinced me to write this review.
As I stood in line and awaited my turn to retrieve an Amazon parcel from my mailbox, I observed the manager of the store, Steve, conduct himself in such a calm, assertive, direct, yet respectful way to an abrasive and belligerent elderly man.
In the midst of a busy store, with what any person would consider a hectic environment, this “one-man-show” impressed me. He deescalated the elderly customer, quoting specific UPS protocol about the whereabouts of the lost parcel that this guy was angry about.
Steve was able to get the guy to even laugh before he left! All in all, I haven’t seen this kind of performance outside the movies. It was amazing! I just wanted to give this professional guy credit where credit is due. These are stressful times we live in, and if anyone wants to be a jerk to this manager, who tirelessly puts his best foot forward (and is obviously gifted in customer relations) should rethink their behaviour.
2 years I moved to Brackendale. If it was not for Steve I would have moved my mailbox.
Thanks again for the stellar service Steve that you have given me over the past few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store owner is very helpful but The driver that works for them will take your packages for himself and divert the rest of your packages and ups does absolutely nothing. All they do from head office is give you the runaround with absolutely no help for customers. Avoid ups at all cost if you like to revive packages. His name is rusty mateo.
