They would cut you a break where they could and always reminded me of payment deadlines so I could avoid late penalties. They helped me set up online payments to increase convenience and helped me consolidate my belongings into a smaller unit to save me money. I won't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I did not have a great impression of the storage unit industry in general - other companies I've seen and dealt with have been unprofessional, dirty, and somewhat scammy. Public Storage on Rupert was the exact opposite. Lynn and all the other staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The location is clean, secure, orderly, modern, and fairly priced. The building is well constructed and easy to enter via access code, with an easy parking setup and heavy-duty moving carts provided. Very enthusiastically recommended!

The unit size I chose is good for the price and it is actually larger than what I thought it would be. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's with utmost pleasure that my wife Sabine and I recommend leasing a unit at Public Storage (Rupert St. Vancouver branch). We are moving to Regina, but our current apartment is so small that we cannot build a moving box with our belongings. In our first visit, Shari kindly and patiently explained to us all the possible leasing options available, and help us choose the right storage unit for us. She showed us the facility and the unit too. She also helped us book a leasing appointment. In our leasing appointment date, Lynn and Blair were also kind and patient with us while explaining the leasing rules. We highlight their kindness and patience, because on both times we visited the office with our five-month old grumpy baby. This branch of Public Storage is 100% family-friendly, and we appreciate that. Overall we strongly recommend leasing at Public Storage, and we strongly suggest asking Shari, Lynn, or Blair for advice.
