The workers are so compassionate towards the seniors they work with. They were able to make my mother-in-law feel safe in her own home again. Very well run business with lots of products and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. The ramp they put in does not deface her house at all and looks pretty good. 10/10 service and very friendly people.

She responds so quickly to email requests making sure I know exactly what product is available and when it can be expected to arrive. Shipments have been very quick, usually arriving within a day or two of when the order is placed. I wish all my suppliers were as quick and efficient as Patricia and her BCMedEquip team. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following cast removal from serious wrist fractures, I found myself in urgent need of a top end wrist brace. The care I recieved at MedEquip was professional, compassionate and very prompt. The top of the line wrist brace arrived very quickly, I was kept informed and was able to pick it up with great ease. Even with Covid protocol, I was given all the help I needed to make sure the fit etc were correct. I really felt my distress( unstable fractures once cast removed...very painful) had been 'heard' and a solution found. The arm/hand/ wrist feel amazing now...with the new brace securely and comfortably in place. A huge thank you to Mary and all the staff who make MedEquip an amzing place. I highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous experience! I came here for my father and for myself to get compression stockings and Patricia handled our needs professionally and with great care. We were made to feel as though our concerns would be addressed promptly and at no point did we feel as though we were just being sold a product. BC MedEquip really made us feel like they cared. This place is going to be my go to for compression garments from now on. Can't speak highly enough! A++++!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many trials with other companies for my moms equipment, bcmedequip seemed to be the only one willing to come back and help my mom if she was having trouble with the equipment. they were willing to let my mother try out different equipment and if she didn’t like it they offered her other choices that might be better. The man that came to her house was very knowledgeable and I wish I got his name so I could thank him personally. Thank you so much!

He was humble and talked about his experience with the device and spent significant time fitting it on my husband and ensuring it would meet his needs. Excellent service!

Since this was a major purchase that would affect his daily quality of life, choosing the right business was imperative. I liked that BC MedEquip is family owned and operated, and that they offer a wide variety of wheelchairs. Bill, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns (there were many) in a timely manner and followed up throughout the process as well. My friend ended up with a wheelchair that we are both happy with. We had positive experiences with BC Medequip and appreciate the great customer service we received.
