I called them up to have my freezer checked. They sent a technician right away, and he told me that my freezer was still repairable. He immediately worked on it and got the job done pretty fast. My freezer works like brand new now, and I wouldn't doubt their services if I have other appliances needing repair. They know what they're doing.
