Je suis allée pour faire réparer 2 paires de lunettes, ça a pris même pas 10 minutes et l’employée qui m’a servie était super fine! :)

Notre conseiller Ismael a été très chaleureux dès notre entrée dans le magasin, nous a mentionné sa disponibilité, et nous a donné un bon service lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui. Excellents prix et excellente prise en charge du client!

J’ ai reçu un excellent service de la part de Azure, très professionnel et rapide. Je suis super satisfaite du choix de lunette que j’ai fait et je recommande à tout le monde d’aller à la succursale de Place Ste-Foy autant pour le service que le choix de monture!!!

Prix abordables, bonne politique de remboursement, conseillés à l’écoute et une belle expérience. Je recommande. Ca vaut le coup d’essayer l’outils de visualisation de leur site web également. C’est possible de faire un pre-selection du confort son salon et d’avoir une idée de ce qu’on cherche rendu en magasin.

I made an appointment to try on some frames. I went to the front of the line to tell them that I have an appointment, however the lady told me to go back to the line. I told her in French and English that I have an appointment. She ignored me several times and told me to go back to the line. The person in line was uncomfortable too and told her that I was saying that I had an appointment. I was ignored and sent back to the line. When I went in, the person who took me had a bad bad attitude as well I told her that I needed specific material for my glasses and I asked for prices she did not explain anything. I asked for an approximate price and she told me I can't because I need your prescription. So I asked for an hypothetical case with this characteristics and she still did not want to help me. I insisted saying that I do not want a confirmed price I want an approximate. Also she showed me around 6 pairs of glasses and I was like is this all you have? And instead of giving suggestions she was I don't know what you are looking for. In the website says to take an appointment with our stylist. I did not receive any suggestion whatsoever. I am an international however I can communicate in English and have some problems with french. I asked to speak louder and slower she did not help me. It is difficult to understand french with the masks. If one of the requirements to be served at bonlook is to speak perfect french it should be signaled in advance. I am almost sure that the treatment I received was because I am international because I saw a couple going in and were treated completely different. Couples were not allowed but I guess the rules do not apply for certain people. I contacted costumer service but I was not contacted back. This is not the a good place for not white francophones.
